About The Position

Painter - Fellowship Community (Whitehall, PA) Are you a skilled painter looking to make a meaningful impact? Join Fellowship Community in Whitehall and help enhance our beautiful senior living campus while enjoying a supportive, team-oriented work environment. This onsite position offers $26-$29 per hour and the opportunity to contribute to a community dedicated to relationships, innovation, stewardship, and excellence. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous painting experience required
Knowledge of federal, state, and local skilled nursing regulations
Familiarity with OSHA and Life Safety standards
Basic computer skills
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to push, pull, move, and position heavy objects
Understanding of geriatrics and long-term care
Commitment to Fellowship Community's RISE Core Values and customer service standards
Successful completion of orientation and pre-hire assessment requirements

Responsibilities

Maintaining and improving the appearance of our facilities while supporting a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.
Preparing surfaces for painting and removing/reinstalling fixtures as needed.
Protecting work areas with drop cloths, masking tape, and coverings.
Applying paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Working from ladders and scaffolding when necessary.
Following OSHA, EPA, Life Safety, and other applicable regulations.
Responding professionally to service requests with respect and care for residents, families, and staff.
Collaborating with other departments to promote a safe and welcoming community.
