About The Position

The Painter is responsible for painting all areas of the casino hotel, including hotel rooms, ceilings, walls, door frames, back of house, elevator areas, stairwells, vending areas, and offices. The role also involves applying vinyl to specified areas such as hotel rooms, corridors, vending areas, and meeting and banquet areas. Additionally, the Painter must maintain good housekeeping practices in the paint shop and work areas, order and receive materials, maintain an orderly inventory, and stay knowledgeable about property information and memorabilia. The position requires adherence to department and property policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Paints all areas of casino hotel, including but not limited to hotel rooms, ceilings, walls, door frames, back of house, elevator areas on all floors, stairwells, vending areas, offices.
• Vinyls specified areas of casino hotel including but not limited to hotel rooms, corridors, vending areas, meeting and banquet areas.
• Maintains good housekeeping practices in paint shop and work areas.
• Orders and receives materials related to area and maintain orderly inventory.
• Maintains knowledge of property information and memorabilia.
• Adheres to department and property policies and procedures.
