About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) is seeking a Painter to join their team. HGV is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, dedicated to innovation, quality, and growth, and aims to make a positive impact and create memorable experiences for its owners, team, and guests. The Painter will be responsible for all aspects of the painting process at the resort.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in facilities maintenance
• Ability to follow basic written and verbal directions, climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, grasp, stoop, reach overhead
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years or more of related experience
• Current valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Painting
• Wallpapering
• Refinish doors, furniture, walls, ceiling, and external structures
• Maintain inventory of paint and paint supplies.
• Maintain accurate functioning of all equipment and tools.
• Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed.
• Other duties as required by your leader.
