About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Painter to join our Maintenance Department. The primary responsibility of the Painter position is to maintain the interior of the facility and all outlying campus buildings by performing patching, painting, and repair tasks. Your work will help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for the staff and residents at Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center.
Requirements
- High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma or a sufficient year-for-year combination of education and experience associated with a variety of mechanical or building trades; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of the standard practices and methods of the painting trade
- Demonstrated skill in the use and care of tools and equipment used in the painting trade
- Demonstrated experience in patching and repairing holes
