About The Position
Maintain, repair, fabricate and install various equipment in accordance with established standards.
Requirements
- Proficient in the use of a volt/Ohmmeter
- Completion of an Apprenticeship Program in electrical, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry OR 1 of the most recent 3 years’ experience performing maintenance duties
- Working knowledge of a minimum of 2 of the following crafts: Maintenance Mechanics, Electrical, Carpentry, Painting, HVAC/Refrigeration
- Active Unrestricted Class D U.S. driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a two-year technical school program
