Requirements

Proven experience as a painter or resurfacer in residential or commercial settings.
Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.

Responsibilities

In the field daily with 4 or more repairs
Prepare surfaces for painting.
Apply paint and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
Inspect completed work for quality and consistency.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status.
