About The Position
As a Painter, you are responsible for maintaining the cosmetic appearance of all the painted areas of the buildings both internally and externally, as well as the grounds of the entire property. Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Painting job related experience
- Able to productively work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Preparing various surfaces for application of paint, enamels, stain, varnishes or other required mediums using brushes and various equipment
- Repairing and or replacing damaged drywall
- Completing work orders and daily projects
- Ensuring the satisfaction of all guests and owners by marking off work areas, working neatly and using all safety requirements
