1st Shift Painter - $22/Hr
About The Position
As a Painter, you’ll be part of our team located in Holliston, MA. You’ll get to operate powder coat guns in either a manual or auto booth. You will change program settings based on part configuration to obtain total coverage at the desired film thickness. You will also adjust the gun for maximum paint efficiency, fluid, air, and technique. Additionally, you will clean the auto booth to achieve a 40-minute color change and the manual booth to achieve a 5-8 minute color change. You will perform system maintenance, including the washer, ovens, booths, and conveyor. You will also clean powder and spray painting equipment and maintain it for proper working order.
Requirements
- Ability to read paint schedule (in English)
- Understands paint process and color changes
- Ability to use hand, air, and electric powered tools and drive material moving equipment
