About The Position

The Painter / Wallcoverer is responsible for maintaining the physical property and furnishings in a manner consistent with the standards of a luxury hotel. This role involves cleaning and touching up painted surfaces throughout the hotel, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring all assigned work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The position requires adherence to safety precautions, maintaining a clean work area, and conducting oneself professionally at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
Good communication, writing and oral proficiency.
Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnights.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in luxury hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain the physical property and furnishings in a manner consistent with that of a luxury hotel.
Clean and touch up painted surfaces throughout the hotel.
Maintain brushes and rollers in good condition.
Complete all assigned work in a safe and complete fashion.
Use all safety precautions at all times when using tools, chemicals, ladders, or other potentially dangerous equipment or supplies.
Complete all assigned projects in a timely fashion.
Ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area.
Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.
Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.
Handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor.
Maintain a good working relationship with other employees.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
