About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the physical property and furnishings of a luxury hotel in excellent condition. The Painter/Wallcoverer will clean and touch up painted surfaces throughout the hotel, maintain painting tools and equipment, and complete all assigned work safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner. A professional demeanor and adherence to hotel standards are expected at all times.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
Good communication, writing and oral proficiency.
Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnights.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in luxury hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain the physical property and furnishings in a manner consistent with that of a luxury hotel.
Clean and touch up painted surfaces throughout the hotel.
Maintain brushes and rollers in good condition.
Complete all assigned work in a safe and complete fashion.
Use all safety precautions at all times when using tools, chemicals, ladders, or other potentially dangerous equipment or supplies.
Complete all assigned projects in a timely fashion.
Ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area.
Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.
Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.
Handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor.
Maintain a good working relationship with other employees.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
