About The Position
Pronto Staffing is hiring a dependable team member to help maintain a local residential community. This role focuses on painting apartment interiors to make them look new and fresh for residents. You will also help with basic outdoor maintenance and keep the property looking its best.
Requirements
- Previous experience with interior painting and touch-up work
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Must be reliable and show up for all scheduled shifts
- Comfortable performing basic maintenance and groundskeeping tasks
Responsibilities
- Paint the inside of apartments and perform touch-up painting in common areas
- Carry paint buckets and supplies to different work areas
- Use ladders safely to reach high spots
- Help with daily pool maintenance tasks
- Walk the property grounds each morning to pick up debris
- Keep the work area and tools clean and organized
