About The Position

This role involves executing industrial coatings tasks, including surface preparation, mixing, and application in operational industrial settings. The Painter Journey is proficient in various cleaning methods and coating application techniques, ensuring safety and efficiency. This position also requires operating and maintaining painting equipment, and may involve training and directing other staff. The role also includes assisting other Facilities employees and maintaining punctual attendance and adherence to safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proficiency in power tool cleaning, hand sanding, and solvent cleaning.
• Skill in handling, measuring, and mixing industrial coatings.
• Experience with various coating application methods (brush & roll, airless spray, conventional spray).
• Ability to operate, clean, and maintain painting equipment.
• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Adherence to all safety procedures.
• Appropriate respiratory protection.
