About The Position

HALL Park Hotel is hiring for a Painter – General Maintenance. As a Maintenance Worker, you’ll play an important role in keeping our hotel safe, comfortable, and operating at its best. You’ll respond to maintenance requests, complete repairs, maintain guest rooms and public spaces, and support a variety of property needs. Working alongside the Engineering team, you’ll use your skills in areas such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance while helping create a positive experience for our guests and Curators.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance, engineering, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Painting experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair.
• Ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to read basic blueprints or technical diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety, health, and chemical-handling requirements.
• Ability to obtain required licenses, certifications, or permits.
