Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on maintenance experience
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to lift, bend, and stay active throughout shift
- Available every other weekend
Nice To Haves
- Previous painting and drywall repair experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Interior painting and touch-up work throughout the facility
- Drywall patching and wall repairs
- Surface preparation, sanding, and finishing
- Maintaining clean and professional work areas
- Assisting with room refreshes and renovation projects
- Ensuring projects are completed neatly and efficiently
