The Painting Craftsmen is a residential painting company known for high-quality work and a great team environment. We take pride in our craft and are looking for someone motivated to learn the trade from the ground up.
Requirements
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Eagerness to learn and ability to take direction.
- Positive attitude.
- Comfortable working on ladders.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Some prior painting experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supporting lead painters and learning the essentials of painting.
- Preparation tasks including sanding, masking, caulking, and filling holes.
- Site setup, including protecting furniture and floors with drop cloths and tape.
- Learning professional brush, roller, and spray painting techniques.
- Maintaining a tidy workspace and cleaning tools properly.
