Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and personal insurance
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Smartphone for job communication
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and use ladders up to 32 feet
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Assist painters with prep work, painting, and cleanup
- Help transport materials and set up job sites
- Mask and protect surfaces before painting
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Follow safety procedures and use PPE
- Learn painting techniques and jobsite skills
