About The Position

This isn't an assembly line. It's a craft. • Familiarity with modern waterborne and solvent paint systems (PPG, Axalta, Sikkens, BASF, or similar)
  • Pride in your work, attention to detail, and the patience to do it right the first time
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a paint booth environment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to work in a fast paced shop environment

Nice To Haves

  • I-CAR or paint manufacturer certifications a plus

Responsibilities

  • Bring vehicles back to factory finish, and then some.

  • Inspect every panel before it leaves your booth
  • Collaborate with body technicians and the production team to keep the schedule moving
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe booth and equipment

Benefits

  • Pay on a commissioned hour basis, with a weekly safety net (guaranteed minimum earnings)
