Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prep interior and exterior surfaces—including buildings, furniture, and equipment—by washing, scraping, sanding, or torching to ensure a smooth finish.
• Expertly apply paints, stains, varnishes, lacquers, and other protective or decorative treatments to a wide variety of structural surfaces and property.
• Preserve the quality of existing finishes by accurately matching and tinting paint products to ensure seamless repairs and touch-ups.
• Maintain a clean workspace and manage supplies by cleaning, storing, and disposing of materials according to safety policies and departmental procedures.
