Responsibilities

Preparing and painting machines as directed by the Production Manager.
Thorough surface preparation—cleaning, sanding, and masking.
Application of primers and finish coats to ensure optimal paint coverage and superior finish quality.
Inspect completed work against quality standards and perform touch-ups as necessary.
Adhering to strict safety procedures and guidelines for paint application and materials.
Providing basic guidance to team members on painting techniques and best practices.
Maintaining efficiency in all assigned projects by completing tasks within established timelines and material budgets.
