About The Position

re:fab is a full-service painting and renovation company with over 33 years of consecutive growth. We are looking for experienced painters for an upcoming large commercial project at The Villages, FL. This is a subcontractor position.

Requirements

• Must be insured with General Liability, workers comp, and auto insurance (personal or commercial).
• Experience with EIFS work (full replacement, new install, repairs, resurfacing).
• Experience with interior painting.
• Must have a reliable and insured truck or van to travel to the job site.
• Must have a working cell phone.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Must be able to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform EIFS work, including full replacement, new installation, repairs, and resurfacing.
• Complete interior painting jobs.
• Maintain a commitment to safety and meeting project timelines.
• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Be a team player committed to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep detailed reports of work completed and submit daily logs to the re:fab team.
• Complete jobs on time and within budget.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, and adhere to company standards and safety program.
