About The Position

re:fab is a full-service painting and renovation company seeking experienced painters for an upcoming large commercial project at The Villages, FL. We are looking for a partner with a proven track record of growth and a commitment to expanding your business. This is a subcontractor position.

Requirements

• Insured with General Liability, workers comp and auto insurance-either personal or commercial.
• Reliable crew + equipment.
• Commitment to safety and timelines.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Must be a team player committed to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read/understand English.
• MUST have a reliable & insured truck or van to travel to the job.
• Working cell phone.

Responsibilities

• EIFS work from full replacement or new install to simply repairs and resurfacing.
• Experience with interior painting.
• Keep detailed reports of work completed and report daily logs to re:fab team.
• Complete jobs on time and budget.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; adhere to company standards and safety program.
