About The Position

Hensley Beverage Company is seeking a quality-oriented Fleet Painter Maintenance for its Phoenix location. This role is responsible for the refinishing processes of all vehicles, ensuring that paints and decals adhere to company standards and requirements. The painter will match paint colors to original specifications and collaborate with the paint team to ensure timely vehicle delivery. Requirements

Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Previous experience doing paint and bodywork
Required certification: Maricopa County 6H certification for airless paint spraying and paint disposal.
Must be at least 21 years of age or older
Good communication skills and cheerful disposition
Must be able to work well with others
Frequently required to lift and/or move up to (50) lbs
Frequently required to work on a ladder
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must have a cell phone with data capability, we will provide cell phone allowance

Responsibilities

Maintains visual appearance of Hensley fleet vehicles.
Applies new decals and replaces damaged decals.
Prep for repainting and paint the delivery trucks, trailers, light-duty vehicles, and material handling equipment.
Perform minor bodywork repairs.
Reassembles vehicle after painting and decal work has been completed.
Keeps paint room and supplies clean and organized. Maintain proper inventory of parts, cleaning chemicals, and painting supplies.
Clean and prep trucks and equipment for Special events.
Communicates with other departments including the Hensley on-site vehicle maintenance team to coordinate work to be completed.
