About The Position
The Paint Repair Technician is responsible for performing bumper and panel painting, spot panel blend and clear blending, paint touch-up and chip repair, and minor cosmetic repairs and body damage repair. This role also includes headlight reconditioning. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dupont / Spies, though it is not required. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Automotive paint experience REQUIRED
- Must be willing to work on an On-site mobile type dealership environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
- Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
- Positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Dupont / Spies experience preferred but not required
