Requirements

5 years of PPF installation experience (Expert-level installation both bulk & pre-cut)
Experience with complex installs (full wraps, edges, mirrors, bumpers)
Experience leading or mentoring a team
Strong communication and delegation skills – Leads by example with professionalism and work ethic
Must have a valid MN Driver’s License
Must be at least 18 yrs of age

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day PPF activities
Lead a group of PPF techs
Dispatch work to PPF technicians
Train product and application techniques
Ensure all customer work/appointments are completed as promised
Perform quality control inspections for all completed vehicles
Maintain shop safety standards
Maintain the cleanliness of the shop area
Maintain Inventory and order supplies and products as needed
All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
