About The Position

We are seeking a Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer with experience working on luxury or performance vehicles to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. Our dealership caters to enthusiasts of high-performance cars such as Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, BMW, Mercedes, and Lotus, specializing in performance modifications, PPF installation, and detailing. Due to increased demand and rapid growth, we are looking for a replacement for our retiring lead PPF installer. This is an opportunity for a passionate individual who is a leader, adaptable, resourceful, and a team player to join our close-knit team in a fast-paced and structured environment.

Requirements

Experience as a Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer.
Experience working on luxury or performance vehicles.
A passion for quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint protection film installation, including cleaning, decontamination, and documenting pre-existing paint defects.
Perform necessary disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components to ensure proper film installation and edge coverage.
Install paint protection film to company standards, emphasizing quality, precision, contamination prevention, and superior edge finishing.
Conduct thorough self-quality inspections and ensure all work meets company standards prior to final review and delivery.
Maintain a safe, organized workspace while minimizing material waste and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
