About The Position

WireCrafters, LLC, established in 1967, is a manufacturer of wire partitions, storage lockers, safety barriers, and other related material handling products. Privately owned, WireCrafters has a reputation in the industry for its commitment to legendary customer service, rewarding work for associates, and producing the very best quality products. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour. Regular quarterly raises from 3 months until top out pay of $33.46 is reached in 2.5 years. 2nd shift hours are 3pm - 11:30pm M-F

Requirements

Able to read standard tape measure.
Must be able to read, write and perform basic math calculations.
High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Production painting experience preferred but not required.
Strong mechanical aptitude preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare material for paint application.
Hang metal panels and parts onto moving conveyor.
Apply paint with brush, roller or spray gun.
Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications.
Load and transport finished product.
Assure that all materials and supplies are available as needed in order to promote maximum efficiency for each work process and meet set productivity goals each day.
Detect and notify supervisor of faulty operation of equipment and/or defective materials.
Maintain clean and orderly work area.
