About The Position

The Paint Process Engineer is part of Magna Exteriors, which develops and manufactures exterior products and systems for automotive, commercial truck, and other industrial markets. The role requires automotive finishing and robotic experience, computer literacy on the Windows platform, and an annual pass of the Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Point Hue Test. Experience with industrial controls, computer technology, and programming is an asset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; seven years of work-related experience may be substituted for the degree. Work experience combined with current schooling toward a degree will be considered.
• Computer literacy on the Windows platform.
• Must pass the Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Point Hue Test annually.
• Previous automotive finishing and robotic experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with industrial control, computer technology, and programming.
