About The Position

The Paint Planner is responsible for understanding and coordinating all paint specifications throughout the construction lifecycle, from stripe coating through to final coat application. This role ensures all coating requirements, inspection and testing hold points, and quality control activities are accurately incorporated into the schedule. By integrating paint activities into detailed construction plans, the Paint Planner supports efficient sequencing of work, minimizes delays, and enables painting operations to be executed safely, effectively, and in alignment with project milestones. The role requires close collaboration with production, quality, and inspection teams to ensure coating work is planned and completed in accordance with technical specifications and project requirements.
