About The Position

Christiana Cabinetry is a custom cabinetry manufacturer founded in 1976, specializing in high-end, bespoke cabinetry and built-in woodwork. We partner closely with designers, architects, and homeowners to create refined, functional interiors tailored to each project. This role is for a Paint Sprayer who will join a team that values skilled craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the pride of producing custom cabinetry built to last. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in spray finishing, cabinet finishing, furniture finishing, automotive painting, or a similar finishing environment.
  • Take pride in producing consistent, high-quality finishes by following established finishing procedures and craftsmanship standards.
  • Show up ready to contribute each day with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while supporting the team.
  • Enjoy an active role that includes standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working comfortably in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Spray premium paints and finishing materials on custom cabinetry, doors, drawers, millwork, and related products to achieve exceptional results.
  • Prepare cabinetry for finishing by masking, taping, sanding, and completing other surface preparation as needed.
  • Mix paints, catalysts, stains, and finishing products according to specifications to ensure consistent quality and color.
  • Inspect completed finishes to verify every piece meets our high standards for craftsmanship before it leaves the paint shop.
  • Maintain spray pumps, spray guns, spray booths, finishing ovens, and other equipment to keep operations running efficiently.
  • Monitor finishing equipment daily, report maintenance needs promptly, and help maintain a safe, organized workspace.
  • Organize paints, materials, and equipment by returning them to designated storage areas and keeping the finishing department clean.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure every project is completed on schedule while upholding the quality our customers expect.
