About The Position
NPF Finishing is looking for a Paint Line Product Handler to help deliver flawless finishes on every part that leaves their facility. The role involves being a key player in the powder coating process, ensuring parts are perfectly placed, thoroughly inspected, and meet exacting standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, has a sharp eye for quality, and is energized by fast-paced, hands-on work where their efforts directly impact the final product.
Requirements
- Strength and stamina—able to lift and move heavy materials safely throughout your shift
- A keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence in everything you do
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar hands-on role is helpful
Nice To Haves
- Experience with powder coating
Responsibilities
- Hang and unhang parts with care and precision, following the Paint System Tech’s workflow
- Ensure proper spacing and positioning to guarantee even coating
- Inspect each piece for quality issues like light spots, drips, or coating inconsistencies
- Keep your workspace clean and safe while contributing to an efficient production line
