2nd Shift Paint Line Associate - Pay Starting at $20.21/hour
About The Position
As a Paint Line Associate, you’ll be part of our production team located in Hesston, KS. You will be responsible for the metal finishing of materials using powered hand tools prior to delivery to the customer. This includes loading and unloading parts by hand or with the use of a jib crane or hoist, setting up bars and hooks for hanging parts with proper spacing, and unloading parts from the paint line with care to protect painted surfaces. You will also identify and label parts before stocking, off-load, organize, accumulate, and deliver parts, and inspect parts for compliance to quality standards. A strong focus on safety, quality, and the achievement of specific objectives is essential.
Requirements
- Able to follow standard work as trained by a supervisor or OpEx lead
- Use of hand tools: grinders, DA, sanders, etc.
- Use of jib cranes or hoists
