2nd Shift Paint Line Associate
About The Position
As a Paint Line Associate, you will be part of our production team located in Hesston, KS. Your role will involve the metal finishing of materials using powered hand tools prior to delivery to the customer. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading parts by hand or with the use of a jib crane or hoist, setting up bars and hooks for hanging parts with proper spacing, and unloading parts from the paint line with care to protect painted surfaces. Additionally, you will identify and label parts before stocking, off-load, organize, accumulate, and deliver parts, and inspect parts for compliance to quality standards. A key focus will be on safety, quality, and the achievement of specific objectives.
Requirements
- High School/GED Diploma
- Able to follow standard work as trained by a supervisor or OpEx lead
- Use of hand tools: grinders, DA, sanders, etc.
- Use of jib cranes or hoists
