About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Paint Finisher who takes pride in producing high-quality painted surfaces from start to finish. You'll apply paints and coatings throughout the production process, ensuring every home receives a professional, consistent finish that meets Rally Construction Group's standards. Requirements

• Experience with residential painting applications
• Knowledge of spray equipment, rollers, brushes, and specialty finishes
• Ability to maintain production quality in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Apply interior and exterior paints, stains, and specialty coatings
• Perform cutting, rolling, brushing, and spray applications
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, priming, and masking
• Maintain consistent color, texture, and finish quality throughout the project
• Work efficiently to meet builder production schedules
• Operate and maintain painting equipment
• Follow all company safety and quality standards
