Requirements

Mechanical reasoning and visualization.
Ability to follow and interpret procedures.
Able to understand production demands and required work flow.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to advise and assist a team to meet goals.
Must be dependable.
Effective communication and teamwork is paramount.
Attention to and dissemination of all production safety procedures and requirements.
A willingness to learn, build, disseminate information.

Nice To Haves

Sandblasting and Painting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate various types of machines, to finish product components.
Ability to Inspect parts to ensure compliance requirements.
Ability to Inspect parts under magnification.
Maintain accurate production records and rolling counts of in process parts and inventory.
Able to wear half face and full-face respirator.
Function as a multi-faceted team member ensures team training needs are met.
