Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- RRP certification
- Experience leading or supporting painting crews
- Strong understanding of painting techniques, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to lift, carry, and work with ladders and equipment in a physically demanding environment

Responsibilities
- Gather with the team and review project priorities.
- Lead a safety huddle before heading to the job site.
- Guide crews throughout the day.
- Monitor progress and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Communicate with customers and answer questions.
- Support training and development efforts.
- Track time and accountability through QuickBooks Time.
- Assist with job planning and additional work orders.
- Promote a positive, team-focused culture.
