The Paint Associate 4 is an individual contributor in the Paint Department. This person is responsible for measuring and recording coating thickness and atmospheric conditions, operating blasting equipment including centrifugal blasting cabinets and nozzle blasting, operating cranes and conveyor system to hang and unhang various product, and operating packaging equipment. Uses IFS labor reporting system, standard shop forms, move tags, reads and utilizes shop drawings. Must be able to hammer, grind, and use a variety of different tools.
