About The Position

HCRC Staffing is urgently hiring a full-time, fellowship-trained Board Certified or Board Eligible Pain Management Physician to serve patients throughout Central Maryland and the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area. The physician will join an award-winning practice with an established referral network, high procedure volume, advanced procedural suites, and support from Advanced Practice Providers. The practice offers a friendly, professional work environment, potential for growth, and leadership opportunities. The practice provides customized care for patients with acute and chronic pain, using a range of therapeutic approaches to restore functionality. Services include advanced interventional pain management procedures and medication management, with coordination across referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Fellowship-trained in Pain Medicine.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.
Active Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
Active DEA registration.

Responsibilities

Evaluate new and established patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Perform advanced interventional pain procedures under fluoroscopic and ultrasound guidance.
Manage pharmacologic treatment plans when appropriate.
Coordinate care with referring physicians, surgeons, therapists, and other healthcare providers.
Perform spinal and peripheral injections.
Perform trials and management of spinal cord stimulation.
Participate in practice development and community outreach initiatives.
Mentor and supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
