About The Position
Centra Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their Pain Medicine and Brain & Spine service line in Lynchburg, Virginia. This is an outpatient opportunity where the Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care across Pain Medicine, Centra Spine Clinic, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Neuroendovascular surgery, and Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Services. The integrated care model supports patients through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. The practice is located in a new, state-of-the-art medical office building designed for advanced specialty care, featuring modern clinical spaces and a dedicated procedure room.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in Pain Medicine or related field (implied by the role and team structure)

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive care across Pain Medicine, Centra Spine Clinic, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Neuroendovascular surgery, and Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Services.
- Support patients throughout diagnosis, treatment, and recovery within an integrated care model.
- Utilize modern clinical spaces and a dedicated procedure room to enhance patient care delivery and provide an efficient environment for in-office interventions.
