About The Position

In this role, you’ll manage and optimize paid social advertising programs for some of the world’s leading B2B SaaS companies. Working across social advertising platforms, you’ll help plan campaigns, test creative and audience strategies, and continuously improve performance. We’re looking for someone who enjoys digging into campaign data, experimenting within platforms, and identifying opportunities to improve results. This role is ideal for a specialist who sees paid social as both a performance channel and a creative testing ground, and is motivated to deliver measurable impact for clients. With expertise across platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Reddit Ads, you’ll drive impactful paid social advertising initiatives for fast-growing B2B SaaS companies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in paid social advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Reddit Ads
  • Experience ramping up quickly, delivering impact
  • Experience managing complex projects and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in AI platforms like Claude, especially to assist in performance analysis and reporting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is an asset
  • Experience in an advertising or marketing agency is an asset
  • Knowledge of modern CRM/marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, is also an asset

Responsibilities

  • Develop paid social strategies based on client goals and needs, audience insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Adjust channels, tactics, and budgets to optimize clients’ campaigns and ensure they reach and deliver against goals.
  • Test different ad creatives, formats, audiences, and placements across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit to refine results.
  • Track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and identify trends using AI and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform analytics, Looker, our MCP).
  • Create reports to help clients understand ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients by meeting deadlines, proactively problem-solving, and conveying information clearly.
  • Focus on building strong and trusting relationships with internal teams and client partners.
  • Actively contribute to broader teams and inspire continuous learning and development through sharing ideas, research, and skills.
