As Iru's Paid Social Marketing Manager, you'll own strategy and execution across our core paid social channels: LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, YouTube, and CTV. This is a hands-on role with real strategic ownership. You're not executing someone else's playbook. You're building it. Working directly with the Head of Marketing, you'll define campaign architecture, manage spend, and drive performance across the full paid social mix. You'll translate product positioning and audience insights into channel strategies that generate pipeline, and you'll get directly into platforms to execute, optimize, and validate that what's running is working. You communicate clearly because you think clearly. You know how to present performance to leadership and make the case for where the budget should go next. Must be able to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday in our Coral Gables office.
