About The Position

We’re looking for a data-driven, highly motivated Paid Social Advertising Contractor to help manage execution for paid social platforms, and any other new advertising channel needs. This role involves managing the day-to-day of BILL’s paid social on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit, optimizing for lead and pipeline generation. You will identify trends in data using tools like platform data, Salesforce, and Tableau, as well as market insights, to optimize spend and performance. Responsibilities include setting up and optimizing campaigns, ad sets, audiences, ads, bids, exclusions, and A/B tests. You will also assist other paid managers with tasks, campaign maintenance, data pulling, report analysis, and performance enhancement. Overseeing campaign budgets and performance for all paid advertising channels, and staying up-to-date on product releases, betas, marketing trends, and strategies in the industry are also key aspects of this role. Analyzing reports, data, and performance trends to recommend necessary changes for improvement is expected.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing paid social; LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social accounts.
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of paid social platforms (Facebook/LinkedIn), how to setup campaigns, create audiences, and strategize.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills; bias towards data-based decision making
  • Excel/Google Sheets experience in data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience in landing page optimization, ad, and A/B testing to drive conversion improvements
  • Ability to multitask, balance, and juggle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to assist on different projects, accounts, and campaign needs
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS.
  • Background in FinTech or the financial/accounting industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with lead and pipeline generation through paid social channels.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify performance trends, and make data-driven optimization decisions.

Responsibilities
