About The Position

Prose is looking for a Paid Social Associate to support day-to-day execution and performance management across our two largest paid acquisition channels: Meta and AppLovin. Together they represent the majority of our paid media investment — Meta anchors our paid social strategy, while AppLovin is a significant and fast-growing part of the mix. You will work closely with the Paid Media team to manage campaigns, analyze performance, and contribute to creative testing initiatives that drive efficient customer acquisition across haircare and skincare. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their growth marketing career who is detail-oriented, analytically curious, and eager to develop deep expertise across both paid social and programmatic acquisition channels.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in paid social, growth marketing, or a related digital marketing role
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager required; exposure to AppLovin, Pinterest, or TikTok a strong plus
  • Comfort working with performance data and translating numbers into actionable insights
  • Active, daily use of AI tools in your current workflow, for analysis, reporting, research, or creative thinking. We are looking for someone who already treats AI as a work tool, not someone willing to learn it someday.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Collaborative, proactive communicator who works well cross-functionally
  • Comfort using AI tools to support workflow — e.g., for creative ideation, reporting, or research

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to AppLovin, Pinterest, or TikTok a strong plus
  • Experience with marketing and reporting tools a plus — e.g., Looker, Airtable, or similar
  • DTC or e-commerce experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day execution and campaign management across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and AppLovin, our two largest paid channels by spend
  • Monitor campaign performance daily across both platforms, flagging anomalies and opportunities across key metrics (CPA, CVR, CTR, CPM, ROAS)
  • Assist with creative testing across Meta and AppLovin — trafficking assets, organizing tests, and pulling performance data to support optimization decisions
  • Develop fluency in AppLovin — understanding how bid dynamics, creative, and audience signals interact to drive performance
  • Compile weekly and ad hoc performance reports with clear, interpretation-forward insights for internal stakeholders
  • Partner with the broader Growth team to support audience strategy, creative feedback, and channel learnings
  • Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices across Meta and AppLovin
