About The Position

We're looking for a freelance Paid Search Specialist to execute SEM campaigns that deliver real, measurable results. You'll work directly on client accounts, managing campaigns end-to-end with precision and accountability.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in SEM with hands-on campaign management experience.
  • Proven experience with Google PMAX and cross-channel paid search strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and communicate clearly with internal teams.
  • Strong, current knowledge of SEM platforms, bidding strategies, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch paid search campaigns aligned with client goals and budget parameters.
  • Execute and optimize Google Performance Max campaigns across channels.
  • Manage large-scale budgets with a focus on cost-efficiency and ROI.
  • Use analytics tools to identify performance gaps and opportunities, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking and consistent reporting across accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal strategists to align on client goals and deliver campaign updates as needed.
