Mindrift is recruiting native Arabic speakers who grew up in Saudi Arabia and currently live in New York City for a paid, in-person research study about how people use phones, apps, and everyday digital tools across languages and cultures. The study takes place in Midtown Manhattan over three consecutive days, with available schedules listed as Monday–Wednesday or Thursday–Saturday. The posting also says the study starts October 16 on Friday. Participants will show the research team how they use their phones and favorite apps in daily life, share examples of everyday phone activity (choosing what to include), and complete a short questionnaire about their habits. Participation is voluntary and covered by a signed consent form explaining what is involved. Participants may ask questions at any point and may stop participating whenever they choose. Compensation is $1,200–$1,600 for the full study. Applicants register on Mindrift and complete a short screening questionnaire; shortlisted applicants will be contacted to confirm session dates.
