About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-driven, performance-minded Paid Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll support and execute paid media strategies across multiple digital channels, helping drive inbound demand and measurable business results. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves getting into the weeds—optimizing campaigns daily, managing meaningful budgets, and turning data into clear, actionable insights—while continuing to grow under experienced paid media leadership.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience optimizing paid media campaigns across search and social platforms (Google, Meta, and others)
  • Proven experience managing large monthly advertising budgets
  • B2C marketing background; hospitality or events experience is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate performance trends and insights
  • Comfort working across multiple campaign types, objectives, and KPIs
  • Working knowledge of core paid media channels, including:
  • Google Ads (Search required; Performance Max and YouTube a plus)
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Pinterest

  • Ad Operations or platform fluency
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
  • Experience with additional paid media platforms

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across a large portfolio to generate inbound leads and demand
  • Manage and optimize substantial monthly budgets, including pacing, bid strategies, and efficiency improvements across search and social platforms
  • Conduct regular search term audits and keyword scrubs to improve campaign intent and performance
  • Test and optimize creative assets, messaging, formats, and placements to improve results
  • Execute and refine geo-targeting and audience strategies aligned with business and market goals
  • Maintain clean, well-structured accounts through ongoing optimization and best-practice account management
  • Build and support performance reports, translating data into insights and next steps
  • Partner with leadership to implement testing strategies across multiple campaign types, including search, demand generation, and performance-focused initiatives
