Paid Media Specialist

Resi
8d$55,000 - $65,000Remote

About The Position

Resi is the marketing operating system for multifamily. Our platform centralizes websites, content, data, and integrations into a single connected ecosystem that powers the entire renter journey. From high-performing websites and digital marketing to real-time data connections and analytics, Resi helps property operators modernize their marketing and turn insights into measurable growth. We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with 1–3 years of hands-on PPC experience to support our paid advertising execution across Google and Meta platforms. You’ll be responsible for launching, optimizing, and managing paid campaigns using our existing playbooks, maintaining account hygiene, and delivering consistent performance. This is an execution-focused role designed for someone ready to grow into strategic responsibilities over time. This role is critical to scaling Resi’s digital marketing engine. You’ll ensure every campaign is launched correctly, optimized consistently, and managed with operational excellence — freeing our strategists to focus on experimentation, frameworks, and portfolio-level insights. If you love structured work, clean systems, sticking to proven processes, and making campaigns perform, you’ll feel right at home here.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of CPC bidding, keyword strategy, account structure, and performance metrics.
  • Experience building campaigns from scratch and managing them across the full lifecycle.
  • Comfort working inside structured systems, SOPs, and repeatable processes.
  • High attention to detail — you don’t miss naming conventions, mismatched URLs, budget pacing issues, or conversion gaps.
  • Ability to prioritize, juggle multiple properties, and maintain steady, consistent execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, TapClicks, or similar analytics/reporting tools is a plus.
  • Multifamily or property marketing experience is a big bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage paid campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads based on Resi’s SOPs and templates
  • QA campaigns before and after launch to prevent and catch errors early
  • Monitor spend pacing and performance trends across search, PMax, display, and social campaigns.
  • Identify accounts that fall outside normal performance bands and escalate them to the PPC Strategist.
  • Run A/B experiments defined by the strategist and ensure consistent, accurate implementation.
  • Document campaign changes and surface insights that inform broader portfolio strategy.
  • Keep accounts clean and organized, including naming conventions, budgets, and tracking setup
  • Coordinate with the Paid Media Strategist on execution priorities and escalating issues
  • Support ongoing optimizations and basic reporting
  • Work inside Resi’s PPC playbook — following standardized processes for setups, optimizations, routing, naming, QA, and reporting.
  • Log issues, anomalies, or recurring patterns that may indicate opportunities for system updates or automation.
  • Provide feedback that helps improve SOPs, templates, and workflow efficiency.
  • Work closely with the PPC Strategist to ensure campaigns align with overall property performance goals.
  • Partner with Data/Analytics to surface tracking issues, support reporting accuracy, and validate data integrity.
  • Coordinate with the Content Specialist for ad copy or creative requests as needed.
  • Work with the Client Performance team to ensure campaigns reflect current leasing, occupancy, or market priorities.

Benefits

  • A remote-only, flexible work environment.
  • Competitive compensation, time off, and benefits.
  • Clear career path from Specialist → Strategist → Pod Leader as the digital team scales.
  • The opportunity to help build the operating system that will define the next generation of multifamily marketing.
  • A team that genuinely cares about the work, the clients, and each other.
