The Paid Media Specialist plays a critical role in driving lead generation and local market growth across a multi-brand, multi-location franchise system. This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid digital media campaigns—primarily across Google Ads and Meta—to support franchisee success while aligning with brand-level strategy and performance standards. This role partners closely with internal marketing, operations and franchise support teams to ensure campaigns are executed consistently, efficiently, and with a strong focus on ROI. The Paid Media Specialist also supports franchisees by translating performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
