About The Position

Verily is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of integrated media campaigns across our enterprise and consumer products. This role requires hands-on expertise in managing paid search and paid social campaigns, with a strong preference for experience in programmatic advertising via Demand Side Platforms (DSPs). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and technical proficiency to drive performance and achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in digital advertising, with a focus on paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and their interplay with paid media.
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs such as Viant, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
  • Understanding of privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, and their impact on digital advertising.
  • Experience in the healthcare/life sciences vertical (or any sensitive category vertical).
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across search, social, and programmatic channels to meet business goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization to ensure optimal performance and budget utilization.
  • Analyze campaign data to extract insights, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance ROI.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Product, and Analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution, messaging, and reporting.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
