Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company Our Growth Marketing team is looking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist who has experience executing and managing campaigns, maintaining budgets, and acquiring new customers through paid search and paid social advertising (e.g., Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Facebook). Do you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for outperforming, and an analytical mindset to help manage the day-to-day of investment allocation, development, and management of B2B campaigns? Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience managing paid search, display, social accounts
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of Google / Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Analytical and quantitative skills; bias towards data-based decision making
  • Excel/Google Sheets experience in data manipulation and analysis
  • Ability to multitask, balance, and juggle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to assist others on different projects, accounts, and campaign needs.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage the day-to-day of BILL’s paid search, display, and paid social campaigns, optimizing for lead and pipeline generation
  • Optimizing ad creative for conversion and quality, as well as influencing broader conversion optimization throughout all of our paid efforts
  • Identifying trends in our own data, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Tableau, as well as in the market, to optimize spend and performance-based insights
  • Spending time in accounts optimizing keywords, audiences, ads, bids, negative keywords, A/B tests, and more
  • Work with the rest of our paid team to build new campaigns, test new ideas, and drive performance
  • Staying up to date on product releases, betas, marketing trends, strategies in the industry that can benefit advertising channels
  • Working with paid media team to determine budgets, goal setting, ROI metrics, and strategies
