About The Position

We're looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing growth team and take ownership of our paid media execution. This role is ideal for someone who loves building campaigns, testing creative, and optimizing performance. Reporting to the Customer Growth & Community Lead, you'll be responsible for managing paid advertising from concept to execution across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok. You'll play a direct role in driving new customer acquisition, retargeting, revenue growth, and campaign performance. This is an execution-focused role built for someone who enjoys doing the work, testing ideas, and driving measurable results.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads (bonus for other platforms)
  • Ability to independently execute campaigns end-to-end
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills
  • A team player, ready to cross-collaborate
  • 2+ years of professional work experience with paid ads in Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (will consider applicants with 4+ years experience in lieu of degree)
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Must be comfortable working around knives and knife-related products.

  • E-commerce or DTC experience preferred
  • A passion for the outdoors and/or the EDC and knife industry

Responsibilities

  • Oversee campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization
  • Create and test ad creative, including copy, landing pages, imagery, and short-form video
  • Conduct A/B tests and applying best practices for creative assets, ad placements, and product page elements
  • Analyze results and share clear insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with sales and brand teams to align media initiatives with broader business and marketing goals
  • Stay current on retailer media platforms, industry trends, and e-commerce best practices
